    Hi

    The export CSV file has no data in the first two columns user_login and user_email, which doesn’t seem right.

    The source_user_id initially exported as in date format so I unchecked the box on the export settings page which seems to have fixed that particular issue as a simple numeric string is now showing in that field.

    Have I missed some other settings? Shouldn’t there be data in the first two columns?

    This is really strange. This is the first time I see this problem.

    How are you opening this file? Have you tried to open it with LibreOffice?

    Yes. I downloaded Libre Office and the columns are empty when I view the files in that program.

    I have taken two date restricted export samples. One from when the website was set up in 2016 and one from the most recent 6 weeks, in case there was something odd about the original set up (I wasn’t involved at the time so don’t know the history), but both are the same with the empty columns.

    Nice you solve it, but I would like to see what’s happening in your site.

    This is so strange that I would like to know to solve if there is something we can fix.

    If you are doing something strange? Have you tried to export only with this plugin activated?

    No – as it is a very active site serving a global audience which makes it very difficult to start deactivating functionality. At the moment I don’t have time to play with this for you as I have a short project deadline to meet. Do you have any known plugin conflicts?

    I have just included some checks in latest version to avoid this problem.

    Could you check if all is ok now?
