Export CSV not working

When I export submisions in form maker pro I don`t get results

I have done in a form with 22 submisions and other with more submisions and not work

In inspector button is:

<button class=”button” onclick=”export_submissions(‘csv’, 0); return false;”>Export to CSV</button>

Hello @perenne,

Can you please try to export with XML and see whether it works or not?

Dear user, please open the console part and press on Export to CSV button, then send us the screenshot of that page.

If it is possible please also send us PHP error log.

Hello @perenne,

Please Inspect Element > hit on Console as I show in the screenshot https://nimb.ws/Mm7ZXQ and then try to export the submissions. This way we will be able to see the errors.

If possible, please also send us PHP error log, if you don’t know where to get it, please ask the hosting provider.

when i call /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?form_id=16&send_header=1&action=generete_csv&limitstart=1000

i get 0

The error log we see related with admin ajax is:

Hi @perenne,

I see you use an old version of our plugin – 2.13.2 our latest version is 2.13.21 please update the plugin and check again.

there isn’t a version problem.

I have corrected it, There was a folder permission problem.
