Export custom Fields in PHP to add in Functions.php

Hi, first of all: Thanks for this awesome plugin!
I´m developing a theme, and I want to include some custom fields boxes, so I want to export the custom fields in PHP, to add the code in my theme.
The actual problem is that Custom Field Suite allows export, but in different format.
What can I do?
