    We recently updated the GiveWP plug in and can no longer see the custom fields when selecting our donation form to export. When I select Generate CSV, only the standard fields are shown after I select my form from the dropdown.

    Still, I cannot even export that. I choose to download the CSV and it just refreshes the page.

    I am on WP version 5.4.2 and says I am up to date (which clearly isn’t correct given there is 5.8).

    Is there anything you can help me troubleshoot to get this fixed? Our school’s walk a thon is almost over and I need this data in order to award prizes to the kids.

    Hi @kjlepta21,

    The export tool does not work in older versions of WordPress. Make sure you are all up to date and try again.

    If the problem persists, check if there are any errors in the browser console when you visit the Export page in the backend.
