Export Download Logs Crashing

    Hi,

    We have a site where the export of download logs (accessed from Downloads->Logs->Export Logs) is crashing rather than generating an export. We think this is because of the size of the logs being exported.

    Would it be possible to export the logs for a single month or just a filtered page of results so that the CSV will never be too big?

    Hey Mark,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    I regret to say we do not have any feature to allow download of only a single month of the logs. I’ll share it with my colleague and see if we can add it to our feature list.

    For now, I would recommend increasing the PHP process limit and memory allocated to your website.
