Could you log in to PHPMyAdmin into your database and visit table “wp_frmt_form_entry_meta” and see does any submissions exist there?
Also, could you make a full site backup, disable all plugins apart from Frominator, and repeat your steps?

Only “NTfcl_wpforms_tasks_meta”
maybe I should disable forminator and uninstall? (before then export the forms)
And then reinstall?

Before the above step, you suggested, could you double-check in your form settings does “Store Submissions in Database” is enabled?

If plugin is set to save submission in the database and there are/were successful submissions made then:
1. you should see those submissions on “Forminator -> Submissions” page after selecting the form; do you see them there or the page – same as CSV export – is empty?
2. can you check the DB again as, apparently, your site is using custom DB prefix? The table in question should be “NTfcl_frmt_form_entry_meta” – does it exist?
If there’s no submissions visible and no such table then yes – please try re-installing the plugin. If that still doesn’t help, update us here, please.

1. I see all entries after “Show submissons” in Tab Submissons
2. yes the table: NTfcl_frmt_form_entry_meta exits and there are the form entries included.
3 If I click “Download csv” under Manual Exports (Download the submissions list in .csv forma), I receive an CSV-file with only 3 bytes and no entries

I was actually able to replicate this issue on one of my test sites, but not all. I’m still not sure what is playing a role here though, despite trying a lot of ways to debug that.
Can you also confirm that the exported CSV file doesn’t contain the form’s name in the file name, instead two dashes, for example: forminator–220323190425.csv?
I will create a task for our Second Line Support team to investigate that further – we’ll share any feedback from them as soon as it becomes available.
