Export function it’s generating a blank .csv file

    I’m trying to export all my subscribers but when .csv file is generated they’re in blank.

    Only contains the same amount of lines that my subscribers, but no data as name or email are in there.

    My plugin are updated to version 2.7.10

    How should I proceed?

    Hello Deblyn, usually this happens when your website is running an older version of PHP or you are on a Windows server. Unfortunately, there’s no fix for that. We recommend you install MailPoet 3, migrate your subscribers from MailPoet 2 to MailPoet 3 (there’s a migration tool after you activate it) and then export your subscribers. The other alternative will be exporting these subscribers directly through the database.
