Export functionality is not working

    Hi,
    I am running the free version of the plugin.
    When I export the log or results, the .csv file only contains the data of the first user and the answer of all users (empty column, answer column). So, actually you have all the answer but you do not know who answer.
    In addition, all data is in the same row. The .csv file only has 2 rows, it does not matter the number of records you want to export.
    My site also works with the Ultimate Member plugin, maybe they are not working together.

    Hello

    If you want to download and review votes for a poll, it should be done from Results page.
    Logs export contains both successfull votes and also failed attempts.

    Regarding the export from Results page, we’ve ran some tests but we are unable to replicate the behaviour you mentioned.

    Could you send us a link to your poll so we can try and clone it on our end to give it another try?

    Actually, I realise that the data is there but in a weird format. The data and the votes are consequtive columns. For example:
    First row, first column contains:
    Poll Name,”Username”,”Email”,”User Type”,”IP”,”Date”,”Vote data”
    The rest of the row is empty.
    Second row contains all the user data and answer in columns:
    Second row, first column contains:
    Test, user1, [email protected], registered, IP, 21/04/20
    Second row, second column ontains:
    Option 1

    The following columns contains the rest of users info and votes…

    For me, I might expect that the info and votes of different users are showed in different rows.
