Export / Import

    I am creating a new site for this customer and want to export the FAQ’s so that I can move them to the new site. Is there any functionality for this?

    Hi @waynefusco,

    Thank you for sharing your FAQ page URL.

    Yes, you can export the FAQ’s from one site and import those FAQ’s on another site using the Import/Export functionality provided at WordPress Dashboard -> Tools.

    Please check the same and let us know whether you are able to export/import FAQ’s created using our plugin or not. Feel free to ask if you have any questions with it.

    There is an export option but there is no import option…

    Hi @waynefusco,

    Thank you for sharing the screenshot.

    To import the faqs from another site, you will need to click on the Install Now link of WordPress and then Run Importer for the same.

    After that, the system will ask you to choose a file which you want to import and then the faqs will import successfully on your site.
