    Hello,
    I have a problem with importing markers to one existing map. CSV is: id map_id title description coord_x coord_y address animation create_date hash icon icon_data.description icon_data.height icon_data.id icon_data.is_def icon_data.path icon_data.title icon_data.width marker_group_id marker_group_ids.0 params.marker_link_src params.title_is_link period_from period_to sort_order user_id. I’m filling out instructions from the site /supsystic.com/documentation/ultimate_maps_export-import/ and file do not want to load. Neither as a single result in a CSV file nor as 100 records. When it exports already existing 10 markers and wants to import them right away, also the file will not be loaded. Have any ideas?

    Did you export this file from other our map?
    Please contact us through our

    We will help you to solve the problem.

    1.The multimap is made. and several positions of markers introduced by hand.
    second step
    2. CSV EXPORT markers plugin Ultimate Maps by Supsystic is COLUMN TITLES: id| map_id title | description | coord_x | coord_y | address | animation | create_date | hash | icon | icon_data.description | icon_data.height | icon_data.id | icon_data.is_def icon_data.path | icon_data.title | icon_data.width | marker_group_id marker_group_ | params.marker_link_src | params.title_is_link | period_from | period_to | sort_order | user_id

    third step

    3.according to the csv export formula, I complete 5 other markers – new ones

    fourth step

    4.import, previously exported CSV by pattern, supplemented with new entries (new markers)

    according to your instructions

    The download icon appears

    BUT CSV FILE LOAD NOT WANT
