Export/import to excel and PDF errors

    We have just purchased your plugin. When we are trying to export FAQ in Excel we are getting this error.

    We are using WP 4.9.5 and PHP 5.6.30. We also tried with PHP 7.2.4 withot success. We are using Ultimate FAQ version 1.6.20.

    Call to undefined method PHPExcel_Calculation::unsetInstance() in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-faqs/PHPExcel/Classes/PHPExcel.php on line 390

    When we are trying to export to PDF, accents aren’t exported FINE. For example:

    letters ČĆŽŠĐčćžšđ are converted into ĕćÅ3⁄4šđČĆÅ1⁄2Å Ä•

    We are using UTF-8 charset.

    Hi tekv,

    Thanks for letting us know about the UTF-8 issue. We’ve included the suggested fix in our most recent update.

    For the spreadsheet issue, can you try that again after updating? We’ve updated to a slightly newer version of PHPExcel, so hopefully that resolves the issue.
