Export/Import with overwrite existing content

    Export/Import plugins will not overwrite posts. For that you have to do one of the following:

    -Clean the target site
    -Manually create a function to replace posts with the same name (or id?)
    -Manually edit/remove the old posts

    If you try to do any of the above, I strongly suggest to create a full backup in case something happens.
