Export is not working

    Export subscribers doesn’t work.
    After clicking on “Export”, the page says “Loading…”
    I have 6000 subscribers and i waited 8 Hours but csv file did not load

    screen

    Could you please ask your hosting provider to enlarge the post_max_size and max_execution_time ?

    post_max_size 1024M

    No it did not help.
    And the export to csv from Phpmyadmin has strange formatting

    We are sorry for the inconvenience. However, in the present, we can’t implement an easy solution. Your database is very big and our plugin cannot support it. We will try to find the possible solution in the future.
