    I’m asking if there any possibility when export reports, the question and result exported in different columns.

    Hello

    I think you are exporting from Logs instead of Results page.

    On All Polls page can you click on the Results icon for the poll in case and then click on the View Votes?

    On this page you should see a button called Export.
    This option generate a csv file in the format you mentioned.

    Please let us know if you run into any issues.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reply, I did follow the steps, but the exported file the same format, results are in the same cell “Vote data” with the question.

    I assume you are running the latest version?

    If so, would it be possible to send us a screenshot on how the export looks like when open?
