Export not working

    I have used Form maker for years. Sometime in the last 30 days the export to CSV and Export to XML stopped working.

    I use the export feature on a monthly basis and when I tried to export the submissions for this month it did not work.

    Product plan Personal
    Version 2.13.31

    When the export option is selected it presents a “Loading…” bar across the center of the screen then returns to the submissions list without exporting.

    I tried Chrome (my default browser) and Firefox. I cleared my cache and cookies.

    If anyone has been able to fix this issue and can provide a solution it would be great. I would hate to have to change form tools. In my opinion Form Maker is the best form tool for WP.

    Fixed by paying for license renewal. If I have to have a current license to export submissions, it might unfortunately be time to look for another form solution.
