Hi Fergu5,
Thanks for reaching out and for using Prime Mover in your projects! Can you please do the following;
- Double check if you are using latest version of Prime Mover that is version 1.2.0 (as of this time). If not, please upgrade to latest version.
- If you are using any caching plugin, please clear it.
- Clear your browser cache and login again.
Now, please repeat the process. Click Export to launch the export window and then select ‘Export database, media files, plugins and themes.‘ and then click “Export to single-site format“. This should activate the “Export now” button.
If the issue persist, please submit issue details by going to Prime Mover -> Contact Us. And please submit details that could clarify the issue, such as screenshots, etc. We then need to look this issue with more details.
Thanks again!

1. I am running 1.2.0
2. I have purged the cache in my caching plugin
3. I have cleared the browser cache and logged back in
…but I still have the problem 🙁
Thanks that’s very strange. We never encounter issues like this before. We need to find out what is causing this. First; we need to reproduce this issue and it’s possible it has something to do with third party plugin conflicts. To help us resolve this issue, can you please do the following:
- Login to your WordPress admin /network admin and go to Prime Mover -> Contact Us.
- Submit a formal bug report to us by filling up the details. And select “Bug” type.
- Go Tools -> Site health -> Click “Info” tab -> And click “Copy site info to clipboard“.
- Send us all these details using that form, so we will know what plugins/setup/configuration you are using and we will check.
Thanks!

I have submitted a formal bug as requested.
Thank you, we received the Site health info details and currently checking it now. We will ping you if we need further info.
We have replied to the site details report you’ve sent. We tried reproducing but unable to see the problem. I’ve noticed you have used some premium plugins that we are unable to test.
Did you try to see if there are JS console errors when you try to click “Export” ?
If you see console errors, please share. It would be worth trying each of the following to narrow down the problem:
- Try enabling JS debug in WordPress by adding this to the wp-config.php<
define( 'SCRIPT_DEBUG', true);
Once added, clear cache and then try again.
- Deactivate each of the plugin at a time, clear cache. Check if deactivating some plugin can activate the export now button. This way, you can isolate if some plugin is causing this.
Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

So I managed to identify the plugin that was causing the issue. If I deactivate that plugin then the Export Now button shows as expected and and I am able to export. I am happy to mark the issue as resolved. Thanks for your help.
