Export or Backup possibility?

    Good question, with Safe Redirect Manager the redirects are stored using a CPT. So you can export those posts out using WP All Export. Not sure what options are out there for Redirection.

    Try yoursite.com//wp-admin/tools.php?page=redirection.php&sub=modules

    Hover over the module you use, you can get a CSV export.
