    dear developer,

    i tried the Export order function but the customer email address didnt show up in the csv file even though i have set it in the settings.

    Can you help to solve it ?

    Also , it will be great to have the telephone number of customer in the csv file too.

    Can you help to add it too ?

    Thanks for reaching out. We are planning to launch a major update within next 48 hours, would make sure that the email address in the CSV. Would also try to get other relevant fields including the Phone number.

    Is it possible to have email notifications to wc marketplace vendor for new orders, order processing etc ?

    Thanks for the cooperation. Email notification is already available, it’s just that vendor receive emails only after an order gains the status “processing”. The logic behind this is that in WooCommerce, an order is tagged as processing only after customer have completed the payments. If vendors recieve order emails before payments, there can be confusion as many customers don’t end paying for the order.

    dear developer,

    Currently only admin receive the Customer new order email and thus the vendor are unaware of the new order.

    For my application, i would like the Vendor to settle the orders themselves from the beginning till the end without admin intervention as the customer payment will be paid direct to the Vendor instead of admin.

    Hope that wc marketplace can have a settings to do so.

    Also , i have force all the orders to automatically ‘processing’ always but still the Vendor are unable to receive any email notifications about the orders being processing. You may test it out.

    Thanks for the clarification. Let me take care of your points one by one:

    1. Vendor email: I am running few tests to check this issue. Would keep you posted on this.

    2. Regarding the marketplace flow, where in vendors would have the option to change the order status, well that’s now how WC Marketplace works. In fact, the payment from customers firstly go to admin’s PayPal account and then is shared with the concerned vendor. Only admin holds the capability to change the order status in WooCommerce, vendors can only mark it shipped from the vendor dashboard.

    Thanks for your prompt reply.

    As for point 1 :
    Pending email notification to vendor for processing order.

    As for point 2 :
    I saw a thread that have the same application as me that the payment is made to the vendor directly. Thus there is a demand. Hope that wc marketplace can have a setting to allow vendor to control the order status too and allow direct payment to vendor .:)

    The email issue should be sorted out in the new version. Regarding the direct payment to vendor feature, we are working on a premium add-on which would allow admin to pay the vendors directly. Once the add-on is launched, we would surely try to add the order action option for vendors too.

    Below are my initial Top to Bottom findings for the vendor dashborad :

    The SHOP NAME DIDNT CHANGE ACCORDINGLY TO THE STORE SETTING

    DASHBOARD FUNCTION IS OK.

    STORE SETTINGS – the hide from user option misalignment and the below red words unable to see in full.

    PRODUCT MANAGER – it jumps to wordpress backend. it will be good if vendor can add their products in Vendor Dashboard directly. Also, we cant go back to Vendor Dashboard after the visit to wordpress backend.

    Also the system automatically send 2 emails to admin about NEW PRODUCT SUBMITTED : PENDING PAYMENT
    Product Title : Pending Payment & another one is Failed.

    PROMOTE FUNCTION – May i know what is the purpose of this ?

    ORDERS FUNCTION – It will be good if we can choose how many orders to display. Also , it will be great if we can sort the orders by date etc.

    PAYMENT – WITHDRAWAL – spelling error ,should be completed orders.

    * STILL THERE IS NO EMAIL NOTIFICATION TO VENDOR FOR NEW CUSTOMER ORDERS. EVEN WE CLICK PROCESSING.

    GREAT WORK THAT ALL THE CSV CAPTURED THE FULL CUSTOMER ORDER DETAILS !

    The Pending Payment & Pending Shipping Table not mobile responsive thus unable to view properly using mobile device like samsung note 3.

    FOR THE REPORTS

    It will be great to view the report by Product too as per previous version.

    Dear Developer,
    After the Tweak , Today the system automatically send even more emails to ADMIN about NEW PRODUCT SUBMITTED : PENDING PAYMENT
    with different Product Title : Pending Payment , Processing, Refunded,on hold, Cancelled, Completed, Failed.
    When we visited the product manager that brought us to wp dashboard.

    VENDOR DASHBOARD OVERVIEW :
    The Sales & Pending Shipping tables still not mobile responsive thus unable to view properly using mobile device like samsung note 3.

    STORE SETTINGS : the field for keying store name is too short.
