Export Order Specific Items

Hello, when i Filter on Vendor for example, I want to exclude all order items that are not from the specific vendor.

How do I export a summary of all items ordered between date X and Y from a specific vendor?

I checkbox “Summary Report By Products” and that makes the summary, but how do i add Custom columns when i select this option?
