Export Orders

Hello

We are having an issue where some orders are not getting pulled through to this report once they move to Dispatched or Dispatched & Tracking added. This is for the export order: Shadowspec Customer_Product.

Do you know why this is and how it could be fixed.

Some orders that have has this issue are 21080, 21077, 21003 and 20450.
