Is it possible to provide any debug log output at all? Also, please provide the output of the System Report, found under WooCommerce -> System Status) -> Get System Report button.

Posting email addresses is really discouraged and that level of support is not really offered for a free plugin.
That said, if the author does wish you to send info then perhaps he’ll post a contact URL?

Apologies for not following protocol. Noted for future.
I have an account with Graphflow, which is currently on a 60 day free trial, as we have not decided whether to purchase the plugin.
I’m not sure what level of support Nick and the team offer during the trial period, but I am sure I will find out.
They do have a contact URL, so I will contact them through that if Nick advises so. I just would have prepared a direct email. However, I understand if this is discouraged.
