    Error showing while generating pdf report

    Download Error Popup message
    “Download Failed – Incomplete or corrupt PNG file”

    Hi @thwayyibt,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    This usually happens when you have a custom logo set for your reports. Can you try reapplying the image that you are using for your reports?

    You can do that with the following steps:

    1. While logged in to your site, click Insights then settings
    2. Click Advanced, then scroll to Export PDF Reports
    3. Click the blue-button that says “Choose a different header image”, and select your image again.

    Once that is done, please attempt to export your PDF report once again.
