export posts in alphabetical order

I need them to appear in alphabetical order.

You can use the “WP_Query Results” option when creating your export to do this. Example query:

'post_type' => 'post',
'orderby' => 'title',
'order' => 'ASC'

Or even better, acording to the category they are in.

Unfortunately, this wouldn’t be possible. But, if you’re exporting a spreadsheet, you could easily do it via Excel after you’ve exported the data: http://www.exceltrick.com/how_to/alphabetize-in-excel/
