Can I use the plugin to export post with the main image and import it to other site with the image or it the plugin only export text?

Hi @mstudioil,

You can export the featured image URL, then import the image via URL with WP All Import. Please see https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/export-wordpress-images/ and https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/images/overview/.
