Unfortunately, at this time there’s no feature for exporting.
However, you can install my pluing (Zip Recipes) and it will work with zero hassle.
Hello, HappyGezim – I used ZipList for a couple of years and now had to move my site and database. How to I rescue the 200+ recipes now? The “new” ZipRecipes does not recognize the recipes from the old data base even though the table name is the same. Is there another work around – or do I have to add the recipe AGAIN???

You shouldn’t have anything to do when you install Zip Recipes as long as you had the latest ZipList installed, Zip Recipes will convert everything automatically.
Let me know if this isn’t happening.
