[NSFW] Export redirects from a Multisite

I a notice the lack of plug-in updates with Quick Page/Post Redirect Plugin and I am getting a high amount of queries coming from this plug-in. Can anyone advise me on how to export all existing redirects from a wordpress multi-site?
