Export Sales

    Hi Malcolm,

    My export sales summary seems to be exporting a blank file. If I export tickets this exports fine, but sales are blank.

    The last successful export of sales was 3rd Nov. I have tried deactivating all none essential plugins.

    Any help you can offer is appreciated.

    Strangely, the download for individual performances works OK, but it fails when doing the download for multiple performances.

    I’ll get back to you when I have more.

    Many thanks Malcolm. I did try disabling all plugins to see if that was a conflict but didn’t make any change.

    Excessive Memory Usage.
    Fixed in 6.5.2

    Hi Malcolm,

    Thank you for the update. That seems to have worked for one of our shows (Aladdin) however when I try to export our other show, Jack and the Beanstalk, or export ALL it still exports a blank document.

    Try increasing the maximum PHP memory.

    Try adding the following to your wp-config.php file (near the bottom but before the line with wp-settings.php in it ):

    define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
