This is a great idea. I will look into adding this. It probably won’t make it into the next release, but it will likely be the one after. I have added a featured request on GitHub.
I just tested the opacity, and it’s working as expected. Note that the opacity is not applied to most text blocks. Due to the way these blocks render in the Editor, it makes it challenging to apply opacity without negatively impacting Core styles.

@gyuermy – While you await the export feature, if you’re comfortable with the databases, you can easily copy your Block Visibility settings from one site to another by copying the value of the option: “block_visibility_settings” from one site to another (whether that be from the wp_options table on one site to another or from wp_X_options to wp_Y_options in multisite)
