Edit the slider and click save changes (without making any change)
Export the slider

I push edit slider. I save changes (without anithing else). Operation complete succesfully. I press Crelly Slider. I press export.
“Error while exporting the slider. OK”
“Something went wrong.”
Not working
Duplicate slider working. I hope you find a solution.

I make a copy of a site to another provider and work. Maybe is a diferent configuration of provider server.
Maybe the provider doesn’t enable write permissions by default and that’s why the plugin cannot create the zip file and returns an error. I can’t be sure because I would have to access your provider control panel.
Anyway, did you solve the problem using the other provider?
