    Hello,

    I am trying to export the data collected via a form created with Form Maker by clicking “export to CSV” and it does not work. The page doesn’t refreshes and the “loading” bar is shown only for a second, is never completed and disappears immediately. I have tried multiple times since yesterday and it won’t export.

    In the past I have successfully exported data from the same type of forms, doing the same exact steps. Please let me know what I can to to fix this issue.

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    Please make sure that you use the latest version of our plugin.

    Then please write with which browser you have checked, if you use Firefox, please try with Chrome and get back to us.

    Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately the update has not fixed the issue.

    Dear @leafronta,

    Can you please send us your PHP error log to see what errors it gives when doesn’t perform an export function. If you don’t know where to get it, please ask from your hosting provider.

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    Dear user, you mean from the back end of the form right?

    Please check the following points and get back to me:

    1. Are there too many form submissions? If yes, please select a form with fewer submissions and check?

    2. Please make sure that you have the latest 1.13.20 version of form maker?

    3. Please enter that page > right-click > inspect element > console and then click on export buttons, please send me a screenshot to see what error it drops.

    4. You can also try to check plugin conflicts, for this, you need to deactivate the plugins one by one and check the issue again.
