Hello,

if the printing button works perfectly how I can make for customers the same button to exports results to PDF? I understand that this can be done to print to PDF, but not all customers have the installed print to PDF and most of them do not know how to do that.

Hello @jmindl,

At least all users with Windows 10 have the possibility to print to PDF, because this feature is distributed with W10.

Our plugin does not generate PDF files at runtime by itself. If you want send to the user a PDF file generated at runtime with the information submitted by the form (pay attention, submitted by the form, it is not a button specific to print as PDF), would be required to have an account in an external service like WebMerge (https://www.webmerge.me/), and then, you should activate the WebMerge add-on distributed with the Platinum version of our plugin, and configure the relationship between the forms’ fields, and the parameters into the PDF template you should define in WebMerge.
