    I already have a glossary loaded with more than 300 authors that I want to put in a timeline … is it necessary to copy and paste all texts and photos back or is there any simpler way?

    Hi @fsorrentino,

    You can export the announcements by going to Tools > Export and selecting the announcements. You can then use that export file to import over to another site, where you can reassign the authors and redownload the attachements.
