export user data confirmations doesn’t work

    I’m testing the export of user personal details. I added an email.
    The email came through but when i click the link to confirm the request it just goes to the homepage of my site and not confirmed.

    ANy ideas

    To better understand your issue;

    The export of personal data is a core functionality of WordPress, since their privacy update WordPress 4.6.

    We can help you find a solution, but it’s not a functionality of our plugin, other than a link in our dashboard. Did you use the link in our dashboard? Or;

    If you’re referring to the Cookie Statement US, where the user can object to selling/sharing data to third parties. Please share your domain or if you want, log a support ticket at complianz.io/support/

    For the first issue, does the status say: “confirmed” under tools > export personal data?

    Resolved until further notice. Most likely a WordPress feature that we cannot change.
