Export users capability

    Why is the ability to both import and export users in s2member pro tied to the “create_user” capability? Would it not make more sense to have import tied to “create_user” and export tied to “list_user”?

    Sometimes you only want to allow people to view or export users, not import then. I am unable to offer this as it currently stands with the single “create_user” capability.
