Export versus Backup differences

    Hello,

    What are the differences between the Export abd Backup commands.
    Both commands seem similar but under which use-caes would one be used instead of the other?

    Please help me understand.
    This is a request for clarification.

    The two commands do exactly the same. An exported file is a backup and a backup can be used to migrate the site to a new host or to restore it onto the existing site.
