Exporting and importing settings

    Hello!
    Thank you for the useful plugin.
    Unfortunately, it seems that the export and import settings function is not working correctly
    When exporting the settings in the Main menu, the wp-admin/admin.php site page opens?page=w3tc_general and there are parameters. It can be saved as html. I tried to import this file on another site, but it is clear that the parameters do not change.
    I tried it on version 2.7.1 and on the previous two.

    Help please. The plugin has a lot of settings

    Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
    I’ve tested this in multiple instances and I was able to export and import the settings wthout any issues.

    In Performance>General Settings, at the bottom of the page, once I click Download button under Export configuration: the .json file is downloaded on my computer.

    I am also able to upload the file normaly to other instance.

    Alternatively you can make a backup of /wp-content/w3tc-config/master.php file which is essentialy the same configuration file.
