Exporting CPT with Relationship Fields

Hello there!

Firstly, I apologize if this is redundant but I couldn’t find anything with a search of the forum or the web.

I have been trying to figure out how to go about exporting pods relationship fields without taking a full export of a website? I tried WP’s native import/exporter, and I looked into WP All Import/Export by Soflyy (the latter requires the pro version to import any custom fields), but the only way that I’ve found so far that works to transfer a custom post type with relationship fields from one site to another has been taking a full site export using a backup/migration plugin.

That is impractical for some use cases, where it is solely the individual post type needing to be copied and there being significant bloat in terms of media files etc. of unrelated items present on the source site, so I was hoping that someone here could explain to me if there’s any process or plugin that enables exporting a custom post type with relationship field contents included?

Just to be clear, I am not talking about recreating the fields themselves, I know that can be done and has to be done first using Pods Import/Export. I’m talking about taking actual posts within a custom post type that have relationship fields, and then exporting the posts themselves to a new website in a way that preserves the contents of pods relationship fields, and does not require readding relationship field values to the destination site manually.
