exporting feedback issues

hi

I have been using wordpress site http://www.hdstele.com in a call centre where my agents submit customer order information and I export it daily to process orders. it has worked great for months but since Tuesday when I come to export it is only bringing out certain fields which is useless as I need all fields to process the orders!

please help as I am currently listening to hundreds of voice recordings to capture customer information from our dialler system!
