SOLVED – exporting group redirects

MY BAD…..didnt realize there was a dropdown for what group you wanted to import to

Hey everyone, I am hoping someone can help me.
I have created 2 groups and each group has redirects.
However, when i go to try to export the csv file, it tells me that i have no redirects.
Anybody know the solution to this problem, or, if not, then can anybody tell me…..
when you are importing urls via csv file, is the group done by name or id#

what i mean is
you would have

source target hits group
old url new url blank is this group name or id#
?
