Exporting / Importing

    Hi,

    Which option did you select to export settings ? Can you share screenshot ? Because
    Pie Register export settings doesn’t include WordPress default settings, it only export Pie Register plugin’s settings.

    Thanks for responding!

    I did the export from pie register. I checked select all, downloaded the CSV, then imported that into the new site.

    Hi, that’s what I did originally. It imported all of the users, but the templates don’t show up.

    Hi,

    Pie Register Export/Import feature work with User data and Pie Register configuration data only. This feature will not import/export WordPress theme templates.
    To import/export, WordPress template files, you have to use some other plugin.

    OK, got it! I thought the template was a Pie Register template. Thank you.
