Sorry to hear you are having trouble exporting the directory data!
Are you using the Export All too found on the Connections Tools admin page under the Export tab at the very bottom?
If you are, does the progress bar go from empty to full? When it is at the full state, is that when the download file prompt shows?
I’m using Export All found on the Connections Tools admin page. The file download automatically when it’s done.

How many entries are in your Connections database? Can you please share a link to the CSV file so I can take a look?

Hmmm… what app are you opening the file in? The CSV file I just downloaded from your Dropbox link contains 144 rows of entry data. The last being entry ID 403, Valle Escondido’s Harrison.

I’m going to mark this as resolved since the file seems to be correct. I suggest using MS Excel, LibreOffice Cal or Google Sheets to open the CSV file.
