Hi @scmo1910,
I hope you are doing fine today!
My forminator exports are not attaching the CSV files anymore.
Are you having the issue on upload field or as while exporting the submissions as CSV format?
Please share an export of the form with us, so that we can check further.
You can find more info on how to export the form here : https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export
After exporting, please share the code using a service such as https://pastebin.com which is free to use.
Please always make sure to use such service to share the code and don’t post the code here directly as it will most likely be unusable.
Kind regards,
Zafer
Hello,
It happens in all my forms. They were all working properly before.
I can export the CSV manually. The scheduled exports work fine except that the CSV file isn’t attached.
Today I spotted another error. I have “big file uploads” plugin installed to let me go over the 2mb (is it 5mb now?) limit to upload files. Again, been working well for ages. Now I get “Failed to read uploaded file” on forminator whenever it’s a file over 5mb. On the WP library it uploads just fine.
Hi,
The problem just fixed itself. Since I wasn’t getting any relatable error I re-installed all the plugins (just in case) and I’m now getting the CSV files again.
The “Failed to read uploaded file” still persists.
Thanks
Hi @scmo1910
Thanks for update!
As for the big uploads:
1. can you check and confirm if you have the “Filesize limit” in form’s “upload” field settings set to be high enough? Even if it was set it might have reset after re-install. If it’s smaller than the failing files, try increasing it please.
2. When it stopped working – was it “out of the blue” or was it directly after Forminator update? If update – from which version to which one?
Kind regards,
Adam
