Exporting Users

    Hi,

    We are building a new site for our client, who uses your plugin as part of their business model.

    To avoid disruption, we created a copy of their current site as a development link, and we’ve been working on that for the past few months. Users have continued to register on the old site, and now that the new one is ready, we need to update the users.

    Is there a way of doing this on bulk?

    Hey @manuelvitamin,

    Hope you’re well.

    You can use export/import tool of Membership 2. You need to go to Membership 2 > Settings > Import Tool page. First, use the export panel from the old site and use import panel from a new site;

    Don’t forget to select “Full Membership Data (Members and Memberships)” for “Select export type” option.
