Expound Theme and sticky posts/featured posts

I have Expound installed (http://www.donnanavarro.com) and I’m generally happy with it apart from two things:

1)Is there a way to keep a post as the featured sticky post (the larger post with the text to the right) even after you have posted a new post?

If you visit my site you will see 1984 review is currently the sticky featured post but I’d like the post previous to to be the featured one – how do I keep it there?

2)Secondly, I write reviews which are separate to my usual work and I’m not too bothered about those appearing on the main posting front page – I’d be happy for them just to appear on the review page. Is there a way to add them to the review page and bypass the main posting page please?
