Express Checkout Custom Button Styles responsive not working

    Hi,
    I want the Paypal icon to be responsive and have a similar size to the buttons nearby but it seems that responsive options do not work.https://snag.gy/SnKv7A.jpg
    I used to use WC Paypal Check out Gateway until the buttons started to disappear and the Responsive option was mimicking the buttons surround.
    Any advice?
