Express Checkout Error

It worked well for a while, but suddenly it start to give an error to clients.
It failes to open this link after checkout on PayPal:
http://www.store.com/wc-api/Express_Checkout_Gateway/?action=ex_get_express_checkout_details&token=EC-4YR6259743666252J&PayerID=BDX4BM28K9R5Qit returns a blank page.
So. When a customer click on “Pay with PayPal Express” the PayPal website opens, there is all good, it works on paypal side. But after you login in paypal account and click “pay” it should returns to SUCCESS page, but it open this URL with bank page. On PayPal the sale isn’t registered, so it just didn’t finish the purchase.
Can you help me?
