Hi, I’ve updated my PayPal to business to continue using the plugin and have successfully connected it but I’m getting the error message: “The product EXPRESS_CHECKOUT not found” Please help. I’m happy to move to Pro, if I can get it connected okay.
That is strange. I haven’t seen this before, but I’m assuming that for some reason PayPal Express is not active on your account. Only PayPal can tell you why that may be.
The only thing I can recommend is going to the settings page and disconnecting your PayPal account, then try reconnecting choosing the “Accept Credit and Debit Card Payments with PayPal”
If that does not work, I’m going to have to recommend using the Stripe option in the plugin as it sounds like something maybe wrong with your PayPal account.
