Hi there,

I have a student who has requested extra time to complete the course.

In the past I have been able to easily do this from the Orders screen by clicking the icon next to the “Access expiration” field in the top right corner of the order screen.

This time, the user who requested the extension used a voucher rather than purchasing directly from the site. Consequently, there is no order.

How do modify the access expiration date for students who used a voucher?

@amindfulway,

Vouchers do not provide the ability to limit access to a particular time period (this is a feature of access plans which generate the orders you’re expecting).

Therefore, if your student is enrolled through a voucher they will *never* automatically expire so you don’t need to do anything in this case. Your student already has the extra access you want him to have.

Ok – so the obvious question then is how do you expire students who have enrolled with a voucher?

Hi @thomasplevy

Thanks for the info.

We have a lot of students registering user vouchers.
A manual process will work in the short term but soon won’t be practical.

Is there an API (or direct SQL) that could be called to achieve the unenrollment?
