Extend Api – adding js form

Hello,

I want to create new fields through API. It’s solution for creating brackets (http://www.aropupu.fi/bracket/). Basicly all i want is to echo form because it has all functions to update/delete and so on.

$output .= 'some contet'
return $content;

But it doesn’t work. How would you do this? Thx
