Hi there! I hope you are all well.

I have a footer with a colored background, and I was wondering if there was some code I could use to extend it to 100% width in my emails. Currently, the email’s margin includes the footer, creating a white border around the email. No big deal if this isn’t possible. I just thought I’d ask.

    Thank you for your help!

    Hello @kindnessville,

    I hope you’re having a wonderful day!

Thank you so much for reaching out with your question about extending your email footer to 100% width to achieve a seamless background in your emails.

Regarding your request, it’s a fantastic idea! However, at this time, achieving a consistent 100% full-width footer that spans edge-to-edge across all email clients and various template types within FluentCRM isn’t directly feasible. This is primarily due to the inherent complexities of how different email clients render HTML, their varying support for CSS, and the diverse structures of email templates. These factors often lead to email clients introducing their own margins or padding, which can make a truly universal edge-to-edge design quite challenging to implement consistently.

We’re always looking for ways to enhance FluentCRM and make it even more powerful for our users. If you’d be interested, I would be delighted to take this as a feature request and forward it directly to our development team for their consideration in future releases.

To help us present this idea effectively and ensure it’s understood by the relevant department, could you please share a bit more detail on how you envision this functionality working, or perhaps provide an example of the ideal outcome you’re hoping to achieve? Any additional insights you can offer would be incredibly helpful for our team as they explore its potential implementation.

Please let me know your thoughts, and I’ll be happy to assist further.
